Very very bad!! What a shame I feel this was a scam. I thought it was a cool idea so I decided to try a box, especially since the first one was discounted. Then I saw a bunch of pretty bad reviews that made me weary about having signed up for a subscription. I went to my account to cancel and saw that you have to email or call to cancel, a little strange but okay.
By now I am feeling really awful about trusting this company. I have been trying to cancel my account with them for almost over a week now! I am a college student and the money they are trying to take out of my account I need for books and other things I started my subscription over break. I have called multiple times and they have not even picked up the phone! I emailed and everything else and I have yet to communicate with any real person.
Save yourself the time, money, and headache over the terrible customer service and product. This place is a scam at best! Took 2 weeks to arrive and I am lost for words on customer service! They contacted me about my Groupon review and asked me to change it. I suggest everyone contact the BBB and close this scam down. They make it impossible to discontinue their crap of the month box. This company is aweful!!!
Twice I have asked them to close my account and they still continue to withdrawl money from my account. Their candy is not worth the money they charge. If you want good candy buy it at the store, pay less than half the cost and get what you will actually enjoy, not just gummies!! This company is unbelievable! Such a scam! DO NOT be fooled by them! Stay away!! I'll not be back! I've had candy club for a little over a year now, and i love it.
Yes you can get some of the same candies sometimes, but most of the candies are delicious, especially if you like sour candies. Ive gotten two people candy clu as a gift and they both loved it. You can buy individual types of candies on the website now too. I've had to call customer service once and while the wait time was a tad long, 12 minutes, they were very helpful and friendly.
